The hotel's rooms were really comfortable but had some cleanliness issues and broken fixtures, making it a bit challenging for a disabled veteran. The service was very friendly and attentive, offering non-chain local dinner recommendations. The location was convenient being super close to the mall, restaurants, and the highway, but sitting down during rush hour might not be easy. The dining experience was disappointing with limited breakfast options, leaving us hungry early in the morning. Overall, the hotel provided a good value for money stay with accommodating staff and easy navigation due to its proximity to I15.
